What areas of Los Angeles do you serve? +
We serve all of Los Angeles County, with concentrated coverage across Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Holmby Hills, Brentwood, Santa Monica, Malibu, Pacific Palisades, the Hollywood Hills, Manhattan Beach, Hidden Hills, Century City, West Hollywood, and the entire Westside. Out-of-county and long-distance trips (San Diego, Santa Barbara, Palm Springs, Las Vegas) are available on request.
How far in advance should I book? +
For airport transfers and hourly service, 24 hours' notice is ideal, but we accommodate same-day requests whenever a vehicle is free. For weddings, proms, and large group events, book 4 to 8 weeks ahead so you get first pick of the fleet.
What's the minimum booking? +
Hourly service has a 4-hour minimum. Point-to-point and airport transfers are billed by the route with no minimum.
Are your vehicles licensed and insured? +
Yes. Fully licensed by the California Public Utilities Commission and insured well above state-required minimums. Certificates of insurance are available on request for corporate clients.
Can I request the same chauffeur every time? +
For repeat clients, yes. Mention it on your first booking and we'll route future requests to the same driver whenever they're on shift.
