Reservation agreement and service terms for LA Groundbreakers Transportation clients.

Reservation Agreement

By reserving and submitting payment to LA Ground Breakers Transportation, customers acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation Policy

There is a 35% cancellation fee on all reservations. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled trip are non-refundable. No-show reservations are non-refundable.

Wait Time & Overtime

Overtime charges or termination of service may apply after the first 15 minutes beyond the scheduled pickup time. Additional wait time and overtime charges may apply.

Damage & Cleaning Fees

Minimum interior damage fees, sanitation fees, and excessive cleaning fees begin at $250.00 and may increase depending on severity.

Passenger Conduct

Drug use is prohibited. Alcohol consumption is only permitted where legally allowed. Drivers reserve the right to terminate service without refund for unsafe or illegal conduct.

Lost Property

LA Ground Breakers Transportation is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during service.
